Only online orders $99+ (after discount, before tax) inside the US are valid for free shipping. Free shipping is available for most of the 48 contiguous U.S. States. Not available for Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/DPO/FPO/Other U.S Military Addresses.
Processing Time
All orders have a processing time of 24 to 72 business hours. However, most orders will be shipped within 48 hours. Orders may be reviewed to ensure security and accuracy. If your order is under review, you will be contacted within the same day.

Age Verification Required
All orders require signature upon delivery with photo ID showing 21 and up per Federal Laws. Someone 21 years or older must be present to sign for the package. Orders cannot be left without signature.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping. Orders placed with international shipping addresses will be canceled and refunded.
International customers may contact us for help finding a local distributor.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to state and local regulations, we are unable to ship to certain areas. Currently restricted states and areas include but may not be limited to:
- States with vape mail bans
- Certain counties and municipalities with local restrictions
- PO Boxes in certain areas
If we cannot ship to your address, you will be notified and your order will be refunded.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information from our private carrier. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update in the system. You can track your package directly through the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at support@lostmaryvapes.com. We will work with our private carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Claims must be made within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
